Christian Sundberg remembered his existence before coming to Earth. 

This pre-birth memory left him completely after childhood and spontaneously returned 10 years ago when Christian took up a meditation practice and experienced a personal awakening journey.

While remembering pre-birth memories, Christian began to have Out of Body Experiences (OBEs).

Christian is the author of the upcoming book “A Walk in the Physical,” exploring the larger spiritual context in which we exist and the importance of love on our human journey.

It is my belief that we do not die, we are eternal spiritual beings having a physical experience - we always have our spiritual body, but we do not always have a physical body.

In this episode I discuss, the afterlife, simple tips to connect with the nonphysical realm, signs that your loved ones are trying to contact you and my multi - sensory experience with a Divine being of light called, Nathen.  

"I cried because of the remarkable amount of love from Nathen, love beyond this physical realm – love - I have never felt or experienced this kind of love, it was beyond my understanding – I have no doubt it was Divine Love."

Spirits vibrate at a frequency above the visible range, and much higher than our frequency and density of matter – our body.

We have incarnated into this humanness to be human, to have experiences and to learn to be the best version of ourselves we can be. To find love, meaning, purpose and passion. 

What matters is the relationships that we have with ourselves primarily and with others along the journey, nurture relationships and those that travel alongside you - both in the physical and nonphysical dimensions and tell them what they mean to you… often.

Be curious and ask yourself questions you don't know the answers to.

We come here to experience the richness of life and all it takes is a choice, this is our freedom - in each moment, in each breath, we have a choice.
