Although there is a hope for a peace something that can sooth your racing mind thoughts even the everyday outlook of your actions. Being kind being helpful having fun adhd or not (I'm definitely adhd just listen to my crazy melodies!!) But besides the point we all deserve a little peace for time to time!!
