Welcome to my chat! I'm a self-taught drummer and hand pan player, and I create improvised melodies from my heart and soul. This is a vulnerable space for me, and I welcome suggestions and constructive criticism. My purpose is to encourage and inspire, and I hope my music and discussions can help others feel lighter, healthier, and more loving. Thank you for being here!

Please also know - this is a vulnerable space for me as a drummer/hand pan self-taught and most of these pan songs are improv impromptu unrehearsed melodies and rhythms that I am playing from my heart, soul, and spirit purely expressing a feeling. It is supposed to be a therapeutic, mindful practice of meditation, to bring myself and all who hear these "pan journals" - into the present and into that place of peace, gratitude of this simple gift we call The Present - this moment - this ETERNAL NOW - that sweet spot doing what you love and are good at! Maybe it is a hobby, a sport, writing, reading, producing, creating music, art, film, or content for advertising and marketing - whatever it is - it's in these moments WE ARE ALL TRULY EXPRESSING OUR authentic PURPOSE FULFILLING OUR CALLING OR REASON FOR BEING - ADDING VALUE TO YOUR COMMUNITY - ASK OURSELVES - WHAT IS THE NO. 1 DEFICIENCY IN THE WOLRD TODAY? Not commodity, not free health care, not oil or gas or the energy crisis, etc. ITS LOVE, KINDNESS, COMPASSION, PATIENCE, TRUST, RESPECT, CONNECTION, AFFECTION, EQUALITY, TOLERANCE, ACCEPTANCE, PEACE, JOY, UNITY IN COMMUNITY - A SENSE OF PURPOSE AND BELONGING TO A GREATER COLLECTIVE HAPPINESS - WHEN WE ARE "BEING" AND BEHAVING, ACTING IN ALIGNMENT WITH THIS MINDSET + HEARTSET - WE AUTOMATICALLY WALK INTO "HAVING". WE ARE NO LONGER IN LACK - WE ARE NOT HUMAN DOINGS - WE ARE HUMAN BEINGS.
