Meditation in G flat minor on the Dizi flute. The Dizi is a chinese traverse bamboo flute. The counter bass, drums and synth pad were recorded with the SL88 midi keyboard I recently got. It's a great device, as it plays like a real grand piano. Now I'm able to make use of a much broader variety of sounds. Synth pad was generated using Odin 2.

This was more of an experiment, but I really liked the outcome. Hope you enjoy it.

A track my father wrote sometime back in the early eighties(possibly 1983/1984) and originally recorded onto tape cassette which was originally a poor quality recording.  Here I have reproduced the track whilst trying to maintain the charm of the original song in a way I hope my dad would have approved of. Hope you enjoy!
