So here we are  wilderness of a pandemic, waiting....and in your life -  you may have another added layer of waiting, desiring for things to be restored. To be made whole.

I want to offer a reminder, that you aren't alone.

Join me and remember that Christ is no stranger to your wilderness. In fact, it’s right where he comes to be with you. Perhaps that’s our collective invitation in this time of waiting? To say yes to Christ; to our healing. To Christ making us whole.

I’d like to offer you space for rest and reflection with God. I’ll read a poem I wrote that’s come out of my longing for wholeness in the wilderness of waiting. May you rest and receive.

This beautiful chant poured through me one morning in a meditation on my sister's land in Northern WA. With Mt. Baker above me, Canyon Creek below me, sunshine, wind, eagles, vast sky and forest all around me, I went into a deep state of communion with the land and allowed this song to move through. It doesn't make grammatical sense entirely, but it's easier to teach this way. Enjoy!

If had to be stranded on a desert island with one mantra, this song would be it. This gem of music medicine landed in the voice of my dear friend and singing sister Lyndsey Scott, as she biked around the midwest. It's been changing lives and hearts ever since.

"Death of the Christ" - Part III of the V Movement Holy Week Piano Suite ~ Good Friday.  I wanted to capture the chaos and the solitude of the crucifixion musically, and I hope this track does that.  From the pain, to the mocking, to the sorrow, to the acceptance, to the forgiveness, to the last breath......I will rerecord this soon on an acoustic grand piano.  My KORG Triton Extreme could not handle the complexity of the polyphony.
