Creating music for those that want something different.

i create music because i have a dream that my songs might speak to those people out there who, like me, struggle with depression and anxiety. i've spent my whole life creating music and i'll be happy if i know my music has made a difference in even one person's life.

i started writing music as a means of escapism. i've always struggled with my identity, and i don't know where i belong, which is why i write music in the first place, because in my songs i can be myself. i hope that one day others might discover my music and find comfort in it, because i think music doesn't need an identify, only open hands.

my greatest inspirations come from my darkest moments, which is when i feel the strongest motivation to create music. i hope my music might one day be a distraction for people looking for one.

Our music is a unique blend of electronic music, jazz, and world music. It is characterized by intricate rhythms, lush melodies, and hypnotic sounds, which are skillfully woven together by Leopoldo et Lacerda. The music has a modern, futuristic feel, pure Portuguese urban soul, creating a sound that is both original and captivating.

Joran Elane (singer and co-founder of the fantasy band Elane) published her first solo album “Glenvore” in 2014. She is a sorceress, bard and storyteller of the modern era.
