Marissa Anne Ayala is a writer and artist based in NYC. She has an MFA from the New School for Creative Writing and a BA from Naropa University's Jack Kerouac School of Disembodied Poetics. Her collaborative project, Inside/Outside: a map of self and place, was featured in Handwritten: a place in space for pen and paper. She appeared in Connotation Press, designed and led a series of creative writing workshops with The Battery Conservancy, and continues to merge her love of art and literature.
