Notes: I pitch-shifted and layered Marco’s original stereo mellotron track, pitch-shifting up a fifth and down a fifth in increments of 21.875 cents (32 microtones to the fifth).  The piece begins with all 65 “pitch-levels” heard together (sounding similar to pink noise) and then I remove tracks one by one, manipulating the volume of individual tracks in order to emphasize different pitches and pitch combinations, all while gradually “devolving” into the original 2 tracks.
