Le 1er juillet 2021, le nouveau diagnostic de performance énergétique intégrant une nouvelle méthode de calcul entrait en vigueur. 
Le 24 septembre 2021, la direction générale de l’aménagement, du logement et de la nature (c’est long à dire) recommande de suspendre l’édition des DPE des logements construits avant 1975.`Petit problème, grand moment de solutude ? Non c’est bien pire.
