We've met https://soundcloud.com/albert_van_abbe at one of his https://soundcloud.com/drumeindhoven nights in his hometown Eindhoven back in 2018. It rapidly clicked and in 2019 we organized an event series at Das Werk Vienna : DRUM x NON FUNXION produced some magical clubnights! After more than 20 years in the game Albert keeps working things from different angles, lately his entrepreneurial mind and relentless creative drive led to a couple of jaw dropping AV installations performed from Amsterdam to Kyiv.

This recording is an excerpt from a set he played after I-F at Plan B Eindhoven on 26.10.2019 showcasing his brand of sophisticated Techno music.

As the rave culture begins in Ciudad Juarez in the early 2000’s, Barbara gets involved at the age of 16 in the electronic music scene with promoting events and DJing. From there, she grows into one of the city’s most important DJs, even being seen as one of the true pioneers of the Mexican scene.

Her fine taste in music and ability to read any crowd have led her to play in different cities all over Mexico at clubs such as The Hardpop, La Santanera, Bar Americas Club 01, as well as various countries including USA, Canada, The Netherlands, Italy and the UK, with performances at clubs and radio stations like Spuistreet Records Radio, Open Source Radio, Modulate FM UK and House Nation Amsterdam Prison Radio.

As a producer she has been signed by labels like Innocent Music, Not Allowed, MusicIs4Lovers, Zebra Records, Totoyov, Conceptual Records, Vandalism among others. In 2019 she launched her own vinyl & digital music label Borderline Black Records which is a rapidly growing platform where both upcoming and internationally renowned artists can display their talents. A nomadic spirit tracing her ancestry in the frozen Arctic and mountains of Translyvlania,  Claire is one of the most globe-trotting artists Montreal's electronic scene has to offer. In fact, she just recently concluded a wide-ranging summer tour schedule that included musical jaunts in Switzerland, Germany, British Columbia, and the Honduran Bay Islands. From Piknic Electronik to the Techno Parade, and from MUTEK to Club Der Visionaere, Claire’s music is shaking up dancefloors all over the world. 

With several EPs on vinyl and has released on labels Conceptual, Monoclap, Archipel and more. A bit of a gear junkie, Claire has a small but mighty arsenal of synthesizers, samplers, sequencers, and drum machines. Something just flows when those machines come alive and for 2022, she is shifting her focus to live performance. She's also been hard at work preparing to launch her own label, Planète Secrète. Stay tuned!

Gruvi is music producer and DJ , born and grew up Sabac, small town in Serbia. He is mainly focused on house and minimal techno, yet free to express himself in various styles. His passion for music journey and sound exploration began developed at early age. He started his djing career in 2012. and thanks to successful events and acceptance of new sound in his hometown, after short time he played in almost every club in his hometown and towns around. After few years he decided that it’s time to give a shot at the bigger scene. Moving to Belgrade allowed him to explore electronic music scene and get evolve in the most renowned league of producers of Serbia. His assignment was experiencing music in all its forms on bigger playground: making it, playing it, talking about it, dancing to it. After short period, he became recognized as one of leaders of the younger generation of minimal dj scene and after-hour gatherings. He played in almost all well-known clubs with electronic music Half, Dot, Gadost, etc. During his stay in Belgrade, he created and launched Minival, brand for long lasting parties with focus on affirmation of electronic minimal music, giving the chance to feature friends and like-minded artists to express themselves and provide new type of enjoyably gathering for public. The gigs at SaXo afterhours in Basel, would prove seminal for defining his work and sound: minimal house music with an unmistakably organic groove and versatility suited to the dancefloor outcomes. That would be the best way to define his path not only for his sound or the way it gets to others, his devotion to explore its subgenres, so there are no boundaries when it comes to his artistic call. His songs are released on labels Not allowed, Cmok, Brosh, Psicodelica, Puls.

I have not been able to recover access to my other account [https://soundcloud.com/ha-kekong] for a couple of years.  I have tried a few times to get back into it but SoundCloud doesn't trust me.  Same phone number, same email addresses, and they still claim that they can't verify my identity.  I created that account about three years ago as a substitute to my regular account which SoundCloud temporarily closed.  They closed it as part of some upgrade procedure in their system, the result of a bug that affected many accounts, about two years ago.  Since SC did not inform its users I didn't know if that was permanent or not, so I created that other account which I can't access.  Don't be mad if I have not replied to your message in the past two years, that's because I never got them ; ) ... You can always reach me here though.

You can't see it because of the angle with which I took the shot, aiming down, but beyond those blocks is the sea.  To the left is the Mediterranean, to the right is the Atlantic Ocean.  No it's not Gibraltar, but a little bit further West. ... Actually I checked recently and it is further North more than West, I thought I was facing South when in fact I probably was facing the Atlantic ocean, which is why I suppose the waves were of a decent size where we were.
