The song was inspired by the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak which led to a global order of confinement keeping people apart from their loved ones. It echoes the theme of quarantine while displaying a different meaning to the word and expressing the many ways one can be and feel quarantined.  "The world has been locked apart but my heart is yours, imprisoned, confined, stopped but my heart still your, all yours..."
