Until now, my music was almost completely ununderstood except for the SoundCloud community (I am very grateful to you). Why is that? I haven't even been able to face that question. However, this time, with the beginning of 2025, I will also change! I decided. I have to break out of my shell. I have to incorporate trends. My original intention was to include this track on the Foundation album, but it didn't quite fit... mainly due to its slightly "breathless" quality. I don't often do this but I got a bit carried away with the synth and guitar "wig-out" towards the end. The synth lead was played on a Native Instruments Maschine 2 pad, rather than a keyboard.

Beat 'Em Up

I've been on Soundcloud for six years now and it's been great exploring the work of other artists.  There is so much generosity of spirit on this platform, it's just what you need when most of your music is made solo. 

I started out playing classical and Spanish guitar, then took up flamenco to ease myself away from the confines of musical notation. As a result, Latin rhythms often creep into my music. 

A friend introduced me to steel string and electric guitars just a few years ago and I still find the scope they bring dizzying... but what fun!
