Always With You (Collab. with Mr. Neno J.)

Another track inspired by Paul Kingsnorth's novel, "The Wake". 
I don't want to spoil the plot for prospective readers but this track is essentially about how places and times fix in our memories, making us yearn to return - perhaps to relive them in some way - although we know that world has gone.
The electric guitar is a Gibson 335 and the acoustic is a nylon string flamenco guitar fitted with brand new strings (what a difference new strings make!).

I've been on Soundcloud for six years now and it's been great exploring the work of other artists.  There is so much generosity of spirit on this platform, it's just what you need when most of your music is made solo. 

I started out playing classical and Spanish guitar, then took up flamenco to ease myself away from the confines of musical notation. As a result, Latin rhythms often creep into my music. 

A friend introduced me to steel string and electric guitars just a few years ago and I still find the scope they bring dizzying... but what fun!
