‘Mastermind’ is an absolute scorcher! The brisk drums & dread-esque bass tones wind & filter throughout the arrangement, culminating in an unequivocally amped-up affair guaranteed to get listeners moving featuring vocals from the northern general T-Man. 

Coming out of the thirst for a gritty number and governed by a hard edge and epic vibe, ‘Blood & Water’ is a journey of darkened mystery worthy of finally seeing the light of day. The momentum of hypnosis is quite apparent as you find yourself playing it again and again, just to see, what just happened.

Touching the more emotive musical landscapes, ‘Say Goodbye’ tells a story as it moves through its timeline and very cleverly captures its hook and drops. The enticing opening and foreboding undertones infuse into a collective stream of soulfulness. 

Wrapping up the EP in fine style, ‘From Space’ combines jungle roots, steppy drums, dub sirens, and a rolling mid bass resulting in one heavy, hard hitting chunk of audio. Huge bass, huge vibes - pull it up immediately.

Kevin Lloyd has been fascinated if not obsessed with music his entire life, playing in bands for a while before starting to sequence music around 1997.
At this time the city of Bristol blessed him with a deep passion for Drum and Bass and this music remains the soundtrack to his life.
From here he explored diverse musical directions in the studio from recording live musicians & bands to production of House, Jungle, Jazz, Techno & even music for film & TV through Sony BMG.   
This journey enriched an already deep interest in harmony, sound design & rhythm which which has deepened & emboldened his desire to create unique sonic experiences within the Drum and Bass environment, thus... soZen.
