In the 6 years since Zebra & Giraffe played their first show to an expectant crowd at Oppikoppi Wild Card 2008, the band have headlined all of South Africa’s major festivals, toured the length and breadth of the country and played alongside The Killers, Snow Patrol, Oasis, Sum41, Prodigy and Panic at the Disco. In 2009 they were invited to play live at the MTV Africa Music Awards in Nairobi, Kenya, and in 2011 played at MusExpo, “the United Nations of music and media”, in Los Angeles.

Knuckles” will be the fourth studio release from Zebra & Giraffe and is due out in August 2014. It follows “Collected Memories” (2008) which produced seven Top10 singles and won the SAMA for ‘Best Rock Album’ and the MTV All Africa Award for the band as ‘Best Alternative Band’; “The Knife EP” (2010), launched internationally and mixed at Metropolis Studios in London (Editors, Florence and The Machine, Snow Patrol, U2); “The Inside” (2010), released as standard and deluxe editions, including a “Making of…” DVD; and “The Wisest Ones” (2012) which again won the SAMA for ‘Best Rock Album’ and earned MK Music Awards nominations for ‘Best Video’, ‘Best Group’ and ‘Best Rock Album’.

South Wolves (formed in 2016) are an indie-pop band consisting of two brothers Eric Scott (Guitar and Vocals) and Joel Scott (drums). We have been in other bands with other members before, but we started South Wolves, because it gives us the freedom to create the music that we are passionate about. Our sounds range from indie-rock to pop, and we are recently starting to experiment with the electro side of things. We write about everyday situations in life as well as teenage adolescence, using our feelings and emotions to put ourselves in the shoes of the people we write about.  

We chose the name South Wolves, because wolves are one of the coolest animals out there (at least we think so). They are tough, respected and don't back down from a fight easily and we feel that's how you have to be in order to be successful in the music industry. The South part of the name is merely the fact that we are from the South Coast. 

The members of Dance, You’re On Fire have been writing and performing their take on a variety of musical stances since mid 2007. Describing themselves as something of a meeting point between rock ‘n roll and indie, the band aims to deliver tracks with both a pop sensibility and an element of creativity.
