Toronto’s own and Chicago transplant, Demuir, is a rare breed in the world of electronic music. With a passion for music that runs deep in his veins, Demuir has risen to the top of the underground house scene with his soulful, funky, and unapologetically authentic sound.
Following the sold-out success of his 2023 album Visions, Demuir has only continued to push boundaries. In 2024 and 2025, he’s released standout projects on his Purveyor Underground and Purveyor Underground Limited imprints, curated exclusive vinyl-only EPs, and dropped highly regarded sample packs like YYZ Underground on Beatport Sounds / Loopmasters. His output remains in demand across respected labels including Hot Creations, Rawthentic, Desolat, Kaoz Theory, Heist, and Nervous. All this has amounted to unwavering support from top DJs including: Jamie Jones, Kerri Chandler, Honey Dijon, Derrick Carter, Seth Troxler, DJ Minx, Jimpster, and others.
On stage, Demuir’s DJ sets are a feast for the senses—eclectic, funky, and deeply soulful, radiating the kind of sexiness that keeps dancefloors moving until sunrise. Whether headlining Jamie Jones’ Paradise parties, making repeated Boiler Room appearances, or rocking venues like Elrow in Barcelona, Space Miami, Halcyon in San Francisco, House of Yes in New York, or Chicago’s Spybar, he continues to cement his reputation as a must-see performer.
Beyond the decks, Demuir runs his acclaimed Purveyor Underground label, a platform that champions underground artistry with both digital and vinyl releases. Artists like DJ Sneak, Carlo Lio, Mark Farina, Phil Weeks, Kenny Dope, and rising talents such as Farouki and Pinto (NYC) have all found a home on the label. In 2025, Demuir is expanding this vision further with projects like the Purveyor Underground All-Stars vinyl series and educational initiatives through his Patreon, now boasting over 200 episodes of his weekly production stream.

Jaymie Silk doesn’t make straight up-and-down techno or house music. The Paris-based producer and DJ draws from a range of influences informed by his Afro-European heritage, his teen years as a rap producer and a subsequent move to Montreal, where he fell into the city’s ballroom scene. The result is truly original music that’s as richly varied as his path. Whether he’s incorporating African rhythms into house and techno arrangements, turning out fierce club edits of pop tracks, or serving sexually and/or politically charged bangers, the results are always unpredictable but never less than compelling. Widely considered to be one of the chief innovators in the genre of electronic dance music known as deep house, Kerri Chandler has carved out a unique musical vision brought to life in marathon sets known to go on for 6 hours or more, he infuses elements of soul, jazz, funk, and practically any other dance rhythms to create the vivid sound tapestry unique to him. That has earned this world-class DJ, producer the affectionate nickname the Stevie Wonder of House music.

As a skilled multi-instrumentalist and Dolby Atmos certified recording engineer with a propensity for tinkering under the hood, Chandler strives to understand every aspect of sound recording and amplification. Kerri is constantly pushing the boundaries of recording technology and live-performance sound systems. When this talented DJ, and producer is behind the decks at notable venues as diverse as Printworks in London and Sub Club in Glasgow, you are guaranteed to be awash in quality music that reflects his experience as a global performer. You can never anticipate what you’re going to experience. Seamlessly transitioning from live DJing to live jam session complete with keyboards, live vocals, and loops or perhaps merging mid- 20th century studio grade reel to reels as a mixing source combined with state-of-the-art custom projection mapping design, newly developed by Panasonic to create immersive 3D environments, complete with tracks Chandler blends together while simultaneously interacting with holograms of legendary vocalists that Kerri has collaborated with though out his career.

With a discography spanning three decades, Kerri's first release Super Lover/ Get It Off on Atlantic Records in 1991 set the stage for what was to become a signature sound. His creations launched a wave of admirers and imitators of his deep lush chords and soulful grooves that stir emotions and movement. In his continuous search to inspire and nurture new talent, he forged MadTech Records and the eclectic Kaoz Theory imprints soon followed becoming the flashpoint for such artists as the Martinez Brothers, Seth Troxler, and Tony Lionni.

Kerri having just released his latest album the 24-track homage to international nightlife “Spaces and Places”, jumps headlong into the world of spatial audio with Dolby Atmos This new immersive sound format allows sounds to travel through a space not merely backward and forwards but circles in all directions. With the international support of club owners and engineers, a total of 24 iconic night spots were transformed into recording studios infusing each track with the full sound characteristics of the rooms they were recorded in. Spaces diverse as London's Ministry of Sound, Paris Rex, Berlin’s Watergate, Barcelona’s Razzmatazz, or New York's Knockdown Center creating a whole new layer of complexity and accuracy. “If I wasn’t working doing the stuff I love doing, I’d probably work at Dolby,” Chandler says. “My job became my hobby, and my hobby became my job.”

Kerri's latest series of dates brings all of this time and attention full circle combining the meticulous attention to sound, atmosphere, and craft that ensures that you will be taken on a musical adventure second to none.

Marco Zenker (Ilian Tape / Munich)

Marco was born in Munich in 1988. As a teenager he came true with skateboarding, listening to Roots Reggae, Dub and underground Hip Hop. At the age of 17 he started to make music and since then developed a never ending fascination for sound.

His brother Dario founded the record label Ilian Tape in 2007. One year later Marco joined the label and since then the brothers run it together. On new years eve 2008 he had his first club gig and many years of playing live followed. Nowadays he mainly tours together with Dario as Zenker Brothers.

Over the years the brothers consequently followed their vision. With their record label Ilian Tape, producing music, djing and playing live.

Expect the unexpected.

Caught at the threshold of overlapping worlds, memories, and autonomic forces, Van Boom conducts a critical artistic enterprise from his base in Kuwait. As a producer, DJ, and organizer embedded in the Arab states along the Gulf Region, Van Boom is a rare voice in a burgeoning underground music scene as unparalleled as it is pressured by social and state mechanisms.

Van Boom is by his own admission a terminal outsider. His penchant for eviscerating strains of future-cut dance state as much. Inhibited by the obligation to limit self-expression and artistic activity due to the top-down restrictions local to the region, his work questions what is forbidden and what is binary in an uncompromising context. Despairing grievances demand abrasive sonics, and Van Boom does not deliver less, though a self-reflective edge accompanies every extreme. Grappling with censorship and raging towards the state, Van Boom's sharp and metamorphosing music cathartically seeks kinship through depersonalised ciphers born of necessity.

His dread-laced hyper-industrial wares were first unleashed on the EP 'frown.' in 2019, however the following year's 'MORFEUS' EP for London's ANBA label was what sparked urgent attention. Van Boom has since featured on a number of shows on NTS Radio as well as being tapped for Boiler Room's Hard Dance mix series, and his collaboration with Slikback only heightened anticipation for further transmissions from the Gulf. Van Boom's visual output has also gained traction, with the product of an apparel collaboration with Bedouin Records finding support from ACRONYM 's Errolson Hugh. 

His debut album,  'Prosthetics', found a fitting home on Varg²™'s Cease 2 Exist label. 'Prosthetics' manifests the heady frustrations and tradition-tempered strains into a demonic cacophony of distorted rapture. Moments of introspection blur the ascent, balancing the sheer release with a self-conscious outsider's sentiment. A batch of remixes from a tight selection of vital producers accompany the album. With the breakthrough of 'Prosthetics,' Van Boom has received much critical praise, with Resident Advisor deeming his single ‘KAFIR’ as one of the Best Electronic Music releases of 2023. This surge of support culminated in his highly anticipated live performance debut at Berghain during the 2023 CTM Festival. Moreover, Mixmag has recognized Van Boom as one of the Top 25 artists to watch in 2024.

Encoded into the giddy fragmentation and acidic crescendos of Van Boom's work is a deep meditation of the meaning of difference and disobedience in very real circumstances.
