BIOGRAPHY
KDR are a trance duo consisting of Dean Hopkinson & Karl Fountain.

Being friends from an early age KDR grew up together with the passion for the trance genre after starting out at the other end of the decks (the dance floor), at a young age Dean & Karl grew up going to the weekly event in Sheffield ‘Gatecrasher’ where their love for the genre grew listening to the likes of Matt Hardwick, Scott Bond and Armin Van Buuren the time came for KDR to take to the stage. Working for a small supermarket chain KDR put together every penny they had to buy their first vinyl decks and spent every lunch break in the local music store on the hunt for trance vinyl which now have become classics in the genre.

KDR are now a household name with a residency at Sendoff and regular slots supporting some of the biggest DJ's in the world at Passion including Paul Van Dyk, Ferry Corsten, Lange, Bryan Kearney, Aly & Fila and Neelix. Having left their mark on clubbers with their versitile style making them a perfect choice for any night. KDR continue to earn international acclaim as one of the world’s hottest next generation trance djs and producers.

KDR set themselves apart from so many other club stars by being as fiercely accomplished in the studio as they are behind the decks. Over the past two years KDR have proven their technical skills with a number of tracks including Persephone, Novacaine 2.0 & Mayan plus a number of remixes for some of the biggest labels & artists in trance, earning themselves a reputation as one of the best young producers around. KDR have a unique ability to produce at any tempo and give each track a unique style which is different from the norm which has caught the eye of some of the biggest labels in trance.

With worldwide tours and a debut album in the pipeline KDR are a name that many people will be looking out for.

Absolute vinyl enthusiast, raver and DJ since the 90's. DJ Monatomic over the last 20 years has played at various events and venues across the UK and in his local area and best known for his residency with long running Drum & Bass night Undertone in Lincoln. 

DJ Monatomic has Dj'ed at events such as Bloc Brighton, Pleasuredome, Vibealite, Rugkutta Lincoln, Liquid Sessions Birmingham, and Vexd and venues such as The Volks, The Engine Shed and Grand Central. Being used to the spotlight he has performed alongside the likes of DJ Sy, Bryan Gee, DJ Rush, Vibes, Kenny Ken, Mark EG, Lenzman, Fergus, Hybrid Minds, Brisk, Benny Page, BCEE, LSB and DJ Furney. 

DJ Monatomic has the unique skill to turn his hand to most genres within electronic music and beyond. Whether it be Drum 'n' Bass, Hip-Hop, Old School or Techno.
