Eastside wes is a young rapper from the eastside of Detroit. He’s been on the grind for years, battling with the streets and music. He came up and runs under the record label Rise N Grind (RNG) owned and created by Ray Almond. They have multiple music videos on YouTube and Apple Music. He is now tryna to promote and elevate his own brand of No Faking. He has solo music and videos in the works. Far as album and mixtape related he has a gang of music but is focused on pushing singles at the moment. The Blue Cheese Gang (BCG) is another group of artist Eastside Wes collabs with on the normal.
