"Hitschlampe? Nein, Danke!"

Je länger man sich mit "Smoking Tunes" beschäftigt, umso schneller wird man feststellen, dass sich das sympathische DJ-Duo aus Thüringen nicht so einfach in eine Schublade stecken lässt. Die Erfahrung der beiden spielt dabei eine entscheidende Rolle - eine Mischung aus herausragenden, aktuellen Tracks, aber auch einer feinfühligen Auswahl hochrangiger Oldschool-Klassiker aus dem Plattenkoffer, darf im Set eigentlich nicht fehlen. Klingt abgedroschen !? Ist es aber nicht - Individualität zeigt sich nicht nur im liebevollen Umgang mit dem Publikum, sondern auch in den Produktionen der beiden. Mit einem Hauch von French, einer Brise Tech oder souligen Vocals, lässt sich der rote Faden erkennen, aber niemals vorhersehen.

The longer you're deal with "smoking tunes", the sooner you'll realize that you can't classify the sympathetic DJ duo from Thuringia music as one genre. The experience of the two is decisive and plays an important role - a mix of outstanding, current tracks and a sensitive selection of high-class old-school classics from the record case had to be present. Sounds rehashed!? It's not - individuality shows itself in production and their loving interaction with the audience. With a touch of French, a breeze of tech or soulful vocals, the red thread can be seen, but never foreseen.
