Papo "Fizz" Mc also known as just 'Papo', grew up on Chicago's south side. He was originally a Graffiti Artist, Break-dancer and an original member of the Zulu Nation since 1983. During the period of 1985, 1986 & 1987 he was a member of FUSION DANCE PROMOTIONS a top competing DJ and Party Promotion Company of the times.  As a crew member he had VIP access to many of the City's most Awesome Parties and some of the City's "Treasure Spots". In addition, Papo Fizz Mc was instrumental in the creation of numerous Daytime Parties, House Parties and Underground Basement Parties on Chicago’s Southside. Papo "Fizz" Mc has performed in many of Chicago's Night Clubs such as The Brass Chalet, Rico's, Studio 31, VIP's, The Midnight Hour, Escapes, Papa Smurfs, Tiffany's on Cicero, Vincie's, Studio-Mexico and Taurus Lounge. Papo is now a Professional Corporate Accountant residing on Chicago's Northside in the Logan Square Area and is operating from 'Studio Z' a Live Performance DJ Studio in Chicago.

I believe music, like any form of art, can become a bridge between consciousnesses — a space for sharing and growth.
I don’t believe in merchant art: art made to chase money or feed illusory achievements of the ego, art that needs to be sold or distributed like any other commodity just to “exist.”
I don’t believe in imitative art, nor in the myths and brands that come with it.
I see the artist as a medium, not a myth to be placed on a pedestal, and I believe it would be better to bring the artist back down and lift the listeners up — something the ancient Greeks understood very well.
I don’t hand my creativity over to “AI,” just as I would never discuss philosophy with a van, nor let a boiler explain love to me.

Jazz/Fusion keyboard player, composer and producer.  Marketing, advertising, publishing and sales career.  Originally from Chicago, where I developed a strong appreciation for the blues and classical, and moved to New York, where jazz and the fine arts are so deep.  Key musical influences include Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Jimi Hendrix, Joe Zawinul and Weather Report, Chick Corea and Return to Forever, John McLaughlin and the Mahivishnu Orchestra, Stanley Clarke, Scott Henderson and Tribal Tech, Jeff Beck and Jan Hammer, Mike Stern, John Scofield, Pat Metheny, Emily Remler, McCoy Tyner, Bill Evans, John Coltrane, Jimmy Smith, Joey DeFrancesco, Larry Young, Buddy Guy, Santana and Earth Wind & Fire.   Former classical clarinet and piano player.  Unless noted, my music on SoundCloud was composed, recorded and performed using only keyboards.  An avid photographer.  Many covers here are my shots. Jerry & Jon were old child hood friends & 2 songs on this site MB Geek & Anachronisim are fueld by Mr.Cuccurulo's incredilbe drum work.Coming soon I promise I'm only on Sound Cloud a week & Still have to find all this stuff.
Jammin Jon & Jerry Cuccurullo made several more recordings well into the 90's which will hopefully find their way onto this site. NOW at last a musicain friendly place has emerged on the web
