The initial idea was just to create a video of Kris Bolin's remix of the fantastic "If The Kids Wanna Dance (Let Them Dance)" by Marc Freak. These two guys are geniuses and tbh I still think Kris' remix is the definitive version of the song -- which, of course, didn't stop me from making another remix just to celebrate one of the tracks that makes my top 10 playlist (I'm still capable of listening to it ten times in a row).

I started creating the video in Premiere and, out of pure curiosity, increased the bpm and added techno beats. It all went very well with the footage of young Ukrainians dancing at a rave party. After that, I rushed to ask Marc if I could do another ITKWD remix (lol).

Kristopher "Kris" Bolin is a virtuoso at creating polyphonic vocals, so if you want a collab with him, be prepared to receive a pile of audios that form a choir as complex as a baroque cantata (lol). Kris is the lead singer and guitarist of the amazing band The Bawl Slant, one of the most active and respected bands in the Soundcloud community.
