Vaibs is a DJ who has solid roots in Singapore’s club and party circuit, known to deliver hypnotic sets with deep grooves, dark basslines and good vibes. He is a vinyl collector who rarely slows his grooves and is obsessed with fusing vintage sounds with modern electronic music.

He landed a residency at Thugshop Singapore in 2022, where he has been perfecting his craft, blending various genres and creating a niche for himself with his weekly all-night-long sets at Headquarters. A regular at Tuff Club and MLDR in Singapore, he is now showing up at regional hotspots like Savage Hanoi and Vault Bali, among others. He has shared the stage with several heavyweights like Rodhad, Helena Hauff, Philippa Pacho, Sol Ortega, Drunken Kong, Rebekah and Christian Smith to name a few.

Vaibs runs Unmute SG, where his role as a promoter allows him to dive further into the world of electronic music, collaborating with artists like Baldo (Subway BCN), Mr. Ho (Klasse Wrecks) and Mogwaa.

Since beginning his music career in 2002 and debuting on Monoid Recordings, Toru Ikemoto has been recognized as a prominent producer/DJ in the global techno scene.
Releasing on renowned international labels such as SYXT, WSNWG, SUARA, BCCO, Room Trax, NECHTO, and QUARTZREC, his tracks—played by top artists including Richie Hawtin, Rødhåd, MARRØN, Joseph Capriati, and Hito—have earned high acclaim on dance floors at clubs and festivals worldwide.

In 2021, he founded his own label, Chimera Recordings, followed by the co-founding of Aum Recordings in 2022. His releases, including EPs featuring remixes by globally recognized artists, have received critical praise across the industry.

Alongside his work as an artist, Toru has over 15 years of experience teaching DJing and music production, and is one of the few Ableton Certified Trainers in Japan. He is also the founder of the DJ/DTM school yell0w, where he is committed to nurturing the next generation of artists.

In this Gumroad Masterclass, Toru shares the expertise honed through years of production and international releases. From creating complete tracks from scratch using only Ableton Live, to professional-level mixing and mastering techniques used in real-world settings, this course is designed to take your music production skills to the next level.

SYXT、WSNWG、SUARA、BCCO、Room Trax、NECHTO、QUARTZRECなどの国際的レーベルから作品をリリースし、Richie Hawtin、Rødhåd、MARRØN、Joseph Capriati、Hitoらトップアーティストにもプレイされてきた楽曲は、世界中のクラブやフェスで高く評価されている。

2021年、自身のレーベル「Chimera Recordings」を設立。翌年には共同設立した「Aum Recordings」からも意欲的な作品を発表し、世界的アーティストによるリミックスを含むEPが高評価を獲得。

アーティスト活動に加え、DJ・楽曲制作の講師として15年以上のキャリアを持ち、日本では数少ないAbleton Certified Trainerとしても活躍。また自身が運営するDJ・DTMスクール「yell0w」にて次世代アーティストの育成にも力を注ぐ。

Junki Inoue (Cartulis / Toi.Toi.Musik)

Junki Inoue is one of the youngest of the new crop of ‘digger’ DJs, who are gradually making their names through sharing their personal interpretations of the history of electronic dance music. A dedicated collector of vinyl for many years, Junki is comfortable playing sets at any time of the night and in any location: warm up, peak, closing, after-hours; warehouse or open air. Inoue’s sound stands out for its natural combination of Japanese and European traditions: precise, spare and elegant but warm and welcoming; deep and hypnotic for the mind, but always with energy and drive for the body. 

Inoue caught the music bug young and was a keen collector and DJ of various styles of rock as a teenager. However, his induction to underground electronic music came at scene-legends (and now Berlin ex-pats) Yuki Masda and Yone-Ko’s Cabaret nights at Unit, Tokyo. There he was introduced to some of the genuine masters of stylish, understated and elegant techno and house DJing: Fumiya Tanaka, Daniel Bell, Jan Krueger and Zip. All remain key influences to this day. Inspired by this approach, at the age of 20 Inoue established his own party, Heike at Tokyo clubbing institution Womb.

A desire to fully experience different cultures brought Junki to London in 2012. There, Inoue met the Toi Toi Musik crew, with whom a mutual understanding and respect was rapidly developed. He has been resident DJ at the party for the past two years. London has proven itself to be Inoue's spiritual and cultural home, with the city providing more freedom to express himself as an individual than can easily be found at home in Japan. 

Rave came alive to Junki in London, where he witnessed a new wave of artists and DJing forming firsthand: DJs like Nicolas Lutz, Andrew James Gustav and Gwenan showed that the elegant grooves that had caught Inoue’s attention back in Tokyo could be created from a broader musical palette, with fewer formal rules. Junki is now well on his way to establishing his name alongside his inspirations, with regular gigs alongside these DJs. The past year has seen him play sets in major cities and at major clubs across the world: Club der Visionaere / Hoppetosse in Berlin,Fabric in London,CONCRETE in Paris,Closer in Kiev,Club Guesthouse in Bucharest,Phonoteque in Montevideo (where he was selected to open the 2017 season), regular spots in Zurich, gigs throughout Italy (Milan, Venice, Rome). Much more is sure to lie ahead for this positive and unassuming talent.

Pink Concrete describes himself as someone who ‘does pink touches to concrete music.’ This can be seen in his production and his style of mixing, as he is not afraid to add something light-hearted to techno music, which is a genre often understood as being quite serious. However, he still tends to travel through a range of emotions; there’s always a hint of melancholia in his sets.  

Originally from Istanbul, his interest in mixing began in high school, where he began his education in production . In 2015 he moved to Prague, where he has stayed ever since. The underground electronic music scene in Prague is full of life and creativity, and his contributions include a small underground party series called Kave, a club night series called Pinkies, and most recently hereandthere, which curates overnight happenings through sound, light, and space in temporary, one night locations.
