Typically, it is based on cooperation and commitment and stands in contrast to approaches that use radical changes or top-down edicts to achieve transformation. 
KAIZEN is an inspired,27 year old recording artist in Durham, North Carolina,United States. He was born in Los Angeles, California and has a passion for music and writing. He sings and raps in both English & Spanish. Within his music he provides melodic and catchy hooks and raps/sings about personal experiences from tragedies to blessings and everything in between. He never settles for anything less and strives and stands up for what he believes in, even if the world is against him.
