Tomas McMurphy and his 15 year old son, Nathaniel, reside in rural Ireland. Where Tomas moved to when he was 22 years old with his wife to pursue his carpenting business. His wife, Natalie, passed away 7 years ago due to a stroke. All Tomas has left is his beloved boy, his fallen business, and his broken home. One day while Tomas was down in his study, he needed to go upstairs to fetch a cup of water. Once he was in the kitchen he realized all he could hear was the rain pattering on the roof. This was strange because Nathaniel is always playing with his blocks. Nathaniel struggles with a severe case of autism and playing with blocks are his way to enjoy himself. So not hearing the clattering and clinking was concerning. So he went up the stairs and started to call his name. He grows more frantic when he hears nothing back and cannot find him as he runs from room to room. he rushes down the stairs only to find the door ajar and creaking. He kicks the door open and begins to yell and search the premises. Praying for Nathaniel to respond. But to no avail. He starts running through the field and stumbles into a gateway at the treeline. This was an unknown obstacle and very very peculiar as to how it got there. With a thick lock he looks for a way to break through, as it looks like a newer lock and chain. He finds a massive screwdriver and wirecutters under a tarp by his house and goes back to the gate. He struggles for a couple minutes but busts through. and then his journey begins...
