Spanning several EDM genres and catching the attention of blogs around the world, the Valorous sound is one that must be experienced. As a producer/dj powerhouse he has attracted the support of a handful of international blogs, artists like Bro Safari/David Heartbreak/Dave Nada/gLAdiator/Mountblood, and fans around the world.  Using the Internet as his main source of promotion, his widely blogged tracks quickly turned into an EP signed with Noiseporn Records. Taking its place at the number # 13 spot on Beatport's Top 100 Electro House Releases after one week, the “Valorous EP” shows that he is one of Chicago’s most promising up and coming artists in the EDM scene. 

Valorous has performed alongside local and national acts such as: Phenom, Mountblood, Team Bayside High, Jay Fay, Willy Joy, Dj Sabo, The Killabits, Tittsworth, and Nadastrom.

Valorous has been blogged by Traptastic Voyage, Dani Deahl, White Raver Rafting, The Dankles, Moombah-Thong, Moomba+, 110 BPM, Penned Madness, Noiseporn, Walmer Convenience, Metal Top Hat, as well as others.

Michael Bross sculpts a sound that traverses the serene to the haunted. He conjures rhythmic murmurs, dusty atmospheres and ponderous flights amidst the ethereal. Seemingly simple on the surface, it is detailed and textured when regarded with careful attention.

After early beginnings that appeared fireside with experimental soundscapes, jazz strains and ambient leanings, he’s found his home somewhere in the varied folds of electronic music.

In addition to finishing up and releasing a new EP, “Journeys 1” in May, 2020, Bross is known for his extensive soundtrack work on games and is a sought-after composer / producer who is heard by a global audience.

He has been the staple composer on the best-selling Ratchet & Clank series (Sony) for the last 4 titles, a franchise which has sold over 3 million units. He has also composed for Tencent's immensely popular Honor of Kings (also known as Arena of Valor in N. America), with 200 million players per month in China alone. The visually-stunning Oddworld series (over 8 million units sold) has been propelled by his soundtracks for well over a decade and have received cult status.
