Having mastered the art of modern production, Belgium’s Olivier Grégoire hasbecome one of the world’s most renowned dance music artists, with a bevy of high-profile releases under his various pseudonyms. You may know him as Kolombo, thehouse player with a discography that charts esteemed imprints like Kompakt, Turbo,Diynamic, Noir Music, Suara, Snatch!, Sweat and most recently Dirtybird, with thesummer 2018 single “It’s Gettin’ Hot.” Though he’s also made waves as the LouLouPlayers with his partner Jerome. Together they’ve toured the world, and launched theLouLou Records imprint, a house label with several releases from Kolombo and thePlayers.With shows at Belgium’s Tomorrowland, all across America, in Russia, Australia,and in the hip party capital of Berlin, the past few years have seen Kolombo’s starcontinue to rise as a DJ almost everywhere. But especially in South America, wherehe regularly plays major festivals and clubs. Nascido em São Paulo, Diego Franchi, também conhecido como "DJ Crazy Knees"; é DJ, radialista e produtor de conteúdo. 

Há 15 anos optou pela música como sua base e estilo de vida. Passou a estudar os estilos da Disco Music, do Funk & Soul e também os demais gêneros e culturas que tem como base essas vertentes musicais através dos seus padrinhos DJs Balegatzzo e Sylvio Muller.

Diego iniciou seus trabalhos de DJ no projeto "True School Brasil", projeto este que nasceu em 2011 e teve por objetivo homenagear o legado do DJ Grego "Ippocratis" Bournellis, um grande DJ que a cena brasileira teve entre os anos 80 e os anos 2000. Este projeto teve como apadrinhamento, um dos pais da cultura Hip-Hop mundial: Afrika Bambaata.

Aos 21 anos de idade, Diego se formou radialista e somando os seus trabalhos de DJ, assinou algumas mixtapes e montagens exclusivas para emissoras de rádio pelo país, tendo uma residência importante com seus trabalhos na emissora de rádio Antena 1 de São Paulo.

Com um interesse muito grande pela música e pela informação, foi frente de podcasts, como o "Sampleado", pelo portal de música "Tenho Mais Discos Que Amigos!" (TMDQA!), entrevistando e conversando com grandes nomes da música nacional, como: Bem Gil, Jonathan Ferr, Edi Rock, Thaíde, entre outros nomes do Jazz e R&B.

Como sonoplasta, dirigiu a sonoplastia de um áudio-documentário promovido pela "Universal Music Brasil", juntamente com a produtora "Milk Podcasts" e "TMDQA!", sobre a vida e carreira do cantor "Renato Russo", este material que foi disponibilizado via plataforma de streaming Spotify.

No final de 2019, Diego sofreu um pequeno acidente com seu joelho, onde ganhou carinhosamente seu apelido: "Crazy Knees", e desde então, assina todos os seus trabalhos de DJ com este nome.

Atualmente, Crazy Knees tem a festa "Boogie Wonderland", que defende a história e cultura dos bailes das décadas de 70 pra 80, juntamente com os DJs Marco e Niko.

Além da festa, DJ Crazy Knees inicia uma nova jornada em 2025, com a construção de remixes para artistas e selos independentes, projeto que visa manter a história sobre a cultura de remixar uma obra já existente, afim de dar vida à música para pistas de dança. Este projeto conta com a parceria do seu aliado, DJ Anthony Garcia.

Inspired by the productions of fellow dusty fingered archivists such as Greg Wilson, Late Nite Tuff Guy, & Tiger & Woods, Danny’s edits have grown wilder as he’s experimented, extended and completely re-worked into some of the hottest club edits around, a brilliant Dj who always displays his love for all things 80’s.

Danny has also Dj’d with and been on the same line up with some of the best around including, Late Nite Tuff Guy, Ron Basejam, Dr Packer, Greg Wilson, Faze Action & Yam Who? to name but a few.

He also set up his label Masterworks Music in 2014 which has had releases from some of the biggest producers around both Vinyl & Digital and support from some of the best in the business.
