This is for a ten minute drum journey. Be completely relaxed, lie down and cover your eyes. Imagine yourself at your journey tree. During the rattling at the beginning, invoke to yourself with absolute intent, three times, "I am going on a journey to meet my spirit guides of the highest vibration, to ask if there is any advice they can give me." 
At the end of the journey the drums will speed up. Thank and say goodbye to your guides and travel back to your journey tree. Write down and draw what you were shown. (You can come back at any point during the journey.)
