Abiogenesis is a humanitarian compilation for Colombia, curated by the label Granular Spectrum.

With their previous release Raices they carried out a campaign to support a foundation who helps children. They  managed to fundraise  1,200 USD for  the Children of Bajo Baudó in the Chocó, a region in Colombia. In that compilation they brought together more than 40 artists from around the world.


Abiogenesis compilation is their new initiative with the purpose to continue helping the immense number of children who do not have a decent life due to lack of help from governments and who today live in extreme poverty. 

'With this new album we want to help the populations of "La Guajira", another of the regions forgotten by the government and, together with Chocó, one of the poorest departments in Colombia. With this new album we also want to help intercontinental migrant children and families who undertake the dangerous journey in the community of Necoclí, department of Antioquia, Colombia, seeking to contribute to the protection and care of affected people from trafficking.

We chose to premiere the track 'Ways and Means' by JK Flesh,  Broadrick's industrial, techno witchcraft with a schizoid baseline with disorientating frequencies.

The generation of life from inert matter. It is a process that involves the development of a living being starting from a simple organic compound. A quick look at the etymology of this term shows us, on the one hand, the prefix a-, which in this case refers to the absence of something, or serves to deny a concept, more precisely bio, that is, “life”. ; In the last part of the word we have the concept of genesis, which we can translate as «beginning or origin«. In short, it is possible to deduce that abiogenesis tells us about two moments: one in which there is no life; another, in which it has arisen from inert elements. We're delighted to have Neen in Decay Of Reason for our third reference. He is a well-known producer who is getting his music played all over the world.

On Dimension Interna EP he has a very clear vision of what his artistic message is, and it is to fuse the rhythm of the dance floors with sci-fi sounds to take the listener to another dimension. The work on the textures throughout the album is as valuable as its processing on the 909, which has its own mark without losing the essence of the machine.

In remix duties, Alderaan gives us a reinterpretation of Discusion Interna, a mental work that adds a different story to finish listening to the album.
