Void Termina

The Star Conquering Traveler (Void Termina) -Rearrangement-

I LOVE Pokemon trainer Hop's battle theme in Pokemon Sword and Shield! In this remix I kept the original tempo and structure of the theme, building it out with massive drums and dance elements because this always felt like a dance tune to me!

I used the existing song structure to write in new DJ effects, filters, drops, and impacts. I have a feeling they specifically mix the game music with low bass and drums for the Switch's onboard speakers, so I did a lot of work to bring out the (super funky) bassline in the original by running it through an octave effect. Now we're ready for a Pokemon rave!

Hop Battle Theme Remix (Pokémon Sword & Shield)

I'm honestly surprised it took me this long to remix a Castlevania track. Symphony of the Night has one of the greatest soundtracks of any video game, and I remembered the remix of this song in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and thought maybe I could take a stab at it. The end result turned out to be a cold and atmospheric-sounding remix, fitting the current season.

Castlevania Symphony of the Night - Lost Painting ~BVG eurobeat arrange~

First person to tell me what time the "U" in thumbnail says gets an imaginary cookie ;)

This was supposed to a Melee remix...but I just felt Chrono Trigger flowing through my veins. It honestly came out way faster than I expected, with pretty great results! Is it just me or are these remixes getting funkier? Anyway, I had a lot of fun with this one, and there's a stream documenting most of the creation process for this too. This also happens to be my Dad's favorite VGM song, so I'm glad I finally got to it. When listening, you'll notice that the arpeggio motif in the beginning stays until the end, and the whole thing is a loop-able piece, try it!
