Vor über 4 Jahren bin ich auf eine pflanzliche Ernährung gestoßen, habs ausprobiert und bin dabei geblieben. Nicht nur bin ich meine Akne los geworden und habe über 20kg Muskeln aufgebaut sondern mein ganzen Leben hat sich in diversen Bereichen zum Positiven entwickelt durch eine pflanzliche/vegane Ernährung. Ich lade dich ein zum anders denken, umdenken und hinterfragen von dem was du vielleicht bisher gelernt hast.

Over 4 years ago I stumbled across plant-based nutrition and it changed my life for the better.  Not only have I gotten rid of my acne and gained over 20kg of solid muscle mass but it also opened my eyes that a plant-based lifestyle is not only healthier but is also doing the animals and our environment a tremendous favor. My passion is to spread awareness and compassion by being a role model and making informative pictures, graphics, videos & podcasts.
