Currently training in sound therapy, Plena believes that music has the power to create space for transcendental moments both on and off of the dancefloor. Sound is sacred and it can communicate in otherwordly ways. She wanted to create a mix that reflects this, from darker soundscapes and ominous beats weaving through into more optimistic moments.  
 
Plena’s mix combines Acid Basslines, Broken Beats, and dreamlike Synths, taking you on a sonic journey that cultivates a spirit of reverence for those that have inspired her.

The Vela Pulsar exists for those who understand that this music isn’t nostalgia or fashion, it’s circuitry, emotion, resistance, and evolution. Each release is a coded message from the fringes, shaped by artists who prioritise sound over status, vision over visibility.

THE INFINITE MONKEYS COLLECTIVE

The Infinite Monkeys is a collective based in London with an ever-growing number of heterogeneous members, self-proclaimed as Monkeys (currently around 40). They claim not to be musicians or artistic agents and are always offering themselves for adoption.

The collective operates (though not exclusively) as an audio-visual project, combining video art projections with live improvised music. The Infinite Monkeys collective have performed at arts festivals, experimental music venues, illegal urban raves, and on the first Friday of every month at https://soundcloud.com/netil-radio from 21:00 to 23:00. Please don’t expect any art or great performance from the Monkeys. The Monkeys are not musicians, the Monkeys are not artistic agents, the Monkeys are just Monkeys.

Infinite Monkeys are available for adoption, please adopt a Monkey, and bring one to your home after any of their shows. Feel free to feed the Monkeys during their shows. They will be very grateful to receive a banana or even a gin and tonic.
