The 1st track was the rhythm guitar (strat) recorded to a click (continuous, unedited, fully improvised). Then the bass was overdubbed, followed by rhodes, synth, and then slide guitar.
Drums were recorded last.

Music For World Peace: Improvised Guitar and then a Stack of Overdubs 4.28.2025

One of my favorite methods for creating music by myself is to record to a click (in Ableton Live) starting with one instrument. The first instrument I play a continuous improvisation for a set period of time and this becomes the arrangement for the song (i try to do no edits or note-repair to the 1st instrument).  
Then I start layering.
