The revolution will be televised! ✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽✊🏼✊🏻✊  Be inspired, stay safe, empathise, go for a walk, get some sun, GRIEVE, heal 1 day at a time, be kind, ➡️be patient⬅️ be productive, be yourself and embrace what makes you different, KNOW YOUR WORTH be self aware, be accountable, learn to be secure, be humble, bold & flawed, be misunderstood (those who understand you will gravitate towards you) & unbothered, be resilient, rest, don't give up, change, forgive yourself (and others in your own time), move on, have gratitude, don't be too hard on yourself, don't take things too personal, do what works and WHAT IS BEST for you, remember your HEALTH is your wealth, know that trauma does not totally define you & stay blessed 🙏
