First off, apologies for the now-late upload! We recorded this episode while the entire country was still reeling from the attempted assassination on Donald Trump, which by the time of this upload has ALREADY faded in the public mind. Due to technical issues and visiting family, this episode is going up much later than intended. That being said, we were inspired by the indomitable figure of Donald Trump, so we changed gears from a previous planned list to instead our top figures in U.S. history (or top American citizens is another way of thinking about it). We have some really great discussion around the picks and around HOW to pick, and we finish the episode by recounting our experiences hearing about the attempt on Trump's life.
