"Bei ihr* bleibt es eindeutig uneindeutig: Bi Män ist audiovisuelle Interventionskünstlerin und macht postfemale crossover. Für uns hat sie einen animierenden und sehr tanzbaren Mix gemacht, bei dem sie sich durch die feinen Nuancen des Indie Dance bewegt.

Das von ihr entwickelte Genre „postfemale crossover“ steht für grenzübergreifende Kunst und ist eine Gesellschaftskritik.

Dabei repräsentiert Postfemale die Kategorie Frau und das Weibliche in der Postmoderne. Es geht Bi Män um das aufbrechen von Geschlechternormen, doch will sie die Kategorie Frau und das Weibliche als solches nicht unter den Tisch fallen lassen, sondern weiter denken. Die Postmoderne Frau hat sich von dem Bild der Frau als Hausfrau und Ehefrau emanzipiert und steht in keinem Abhängigkeitsverhältnis. Das Postfemale steht für Autonomie, Selbstbestimmung und Entscheidungsfreiheit.

Crossover steht bei Bi Män für die Fusion verschiedenster Formen der musikalischen Kunst. Es bleibt eindeutig uneindeutig. Sie* will sich nicht auf eine bestimmte Kunstform oder Musikrichtung festlegen, sondern kombiniert aus ihrer* Kreativität heraus Musik, Text und Bild zu einem Gesamtkonzept, der audiovisuellen Interventionskunst. Ihr Sound ist ein Genre-MiXX, der die Geschlechterverhältnisse überspitzt, indem vor allem Klänge und Beats von Frauen* für Frauen* über Frauen* abgemiXXt werden. Dabei groovt Sie* zwischen future-funk, nu disco, afrobeat, arabtech, tribal, fusion, latin, Persian, tropical, dancehall, slow-core-rock, cumbia, disco, house, techno, tech-house, progressive house, indietronic, trap, glitch oder nu-jazz und zieht so die Hörer*innenschaft geschickt in ihren Bann.

Ihr Ziel ist es, die Grenzen des denkbaren Tanzes und normierten Hörens aufzubrechen und Clubkultur zu politisieren. Sie steht ein für mehr female* an den Turntables und kämpft gegen prekäre Arbeitsverhältnisse in Musik/Kunst/Kultur/Theater."

"Die Studie des Netzwerks female:pressure zeigt deutlich, dass zwar die Anzahl an Female Artists im Vergleich zu den letzten 8 Jahren im Line-Up gestiegen ist, diese jedoch im gesamten nur einen Anteil von 25% ausmachen. Wir, ich und andere werden nicht aufhören, diese ungleichen Zustände zu bearbeiten."

Shortly before the Tibetan Highlands, a small clearing, dressed with black fern which sways to the rhythm of the sun, extends itself. Here you can meet the inhabitants of a sleepy coastal village, who had found the remains of a huge comet years ago. A viscous dark mass that they turned immediately into brownies with ice cream and pickles. The energy that was gained from the process drives huge machines, planting anemones and helps the bees with their mating rituals. Every 1210 years when the planets order in a circular orbit, a child is born into this magical world, who comes to change everything.
 
Viktor grew up in a musical family on the outskirts of a small mountain village. Early on, he discovered his love for nature and analogue soundscapes. He devoured all the sounds of nature and the vastness of the Antarctic wilderness and distilled from them his deep sound which accompanies him until today.
