Dear friends, it has been a while, but here we are again, full of slow energy and love.

It’s time to present you our first Single Luminous Flux from @sakuro-saf & invite you into his beautiful world, where you will find stunning collaboration with vocalist Sophie Schäfer and 2 absolutely mesmerizing remixes from @amu_amu & @daniel-imhof .

The album we present is entirely harmonious and carries a variety of stories.

You can feel the day and the evening as if there are two sides of a coin with a similar but completely different vibe.

The vocals feel like a classic and feminine primordial sound. Power and sorrow can be heard in the new rising day and the past evening. These two tracks in turn excitingly present the wildness and ruthless air of nature.

It is as if the living world speaks to you with its sounds and listening to them leaves you completely unconscious and calm...

Layered tracks of viola with one touch of mandolin in there. Recorded completely on June 8. Almost entirely improvised except for the first phrase of melody line and the plucking chord progression behind it. All of the false harmonics, the rest of the melody line, and other effects were improv. Field recording done at the Brunswick Town Commons near Monument E - one of six small granite pillars placed by D. E. Campbell, Civic Engineer, in 1891.

That's a piano piece totally improvised, I just sat on the piano and play what spontaneously came out. No sheet music, preparation, or forethought. Just spontaneous composition, in one take. No edit. This is why you may hear some "mistakes" but as Thelonious Monk said: “The piano ain't got no wrong notes.” ;-)

This track was composed in retrospect of a very intense time in my life when I was dealing with chronic anxiety, insomnia and OCD. I wanted to write something that was a juxtaposition of those feelings.

AONIAN brings his new single 'Ascent', fusing melodic, trippy electronica with Mediterranean soundscapes.

The first glimpse to Aonian's world as the first single of his upcoming debut album, it showcases a blend of contemporary electronic synths and swirling melodies, colliding with dreamy traditional and ethnic soundscapes.

With references to traditional and folk elements from his home country, the Greek born and London based producer successfully pays homage to our past and present whilst remaining loyal to an ever-changing cultural identity.

"Ascent was inspired by conversations I had with friend, storyteller, and ethnomusicologist Anastasis Sarakatsanos (@nomadmusicamsterdam) back in the summer of 2017, conversations surrounding history, migration, and cultural identity, and how that part of history (and present) kept fuelling folklore stories and traditional music, as well as modern art in the Balkans, and the Mediterranean cultures. His performance on the Qanun instrument is featured throughout the track and made me overcome my initial doubts in including soundscapes from my motherland in my productions.

Having already established a trusted reputation in composition across media and brands (including Louis Vuitton and Glossier), AONIAN emerges from five-years of conceptual and instrumental experimentation, delivering a refreshing sound, listeners need.

His recent remix for the Glastonbury brothers - Speakman Sound - has been supported and played by DJ John Digweed in a Bunker Sessions set and his upcoming debut album has attracted interest from the likes of London start-up Remixology HQ and the recently awarded music blog Give it a Spin.

Ascent is out February 17, as the first single of his upcoming self-titled debut album.

Vincent DiFrancesco is a multi-instrumentalist and producer of electronic ambient and neo-classical music. Trained on violin and viola from early childhood, Vincent first began creating music outside the classical genre with an electric violin and pedal board as a street musician in his early teenage years. Today, his music seeks to reimagine string instruments through the lens of popular music production. Most of his releases consist of up to 70 tracks of recorded string instruments arranged in patterns normally associated with the electronic genre. Instead of creating complex harmonies, Vincent places particular focus on sound texture and quality. Since 2016, Vincent has independently released four EPs and and six singles.
