Quasiviri are a trio that formed in 2006 in Milan, Italy, made up of Chet Martino on eight string bass, Roberto Rizzo on synth and André Arraiz-Rivas on drums.

Chet currently plays in the folk-soundtrack band Ronin (led by Bruno Dorella, “Lemming” 2007 Ghost Records), and was also part of the math-rock project Pin Pin Sugar (“Latex Duellos” 2003 Bar La Muerte/Megaplomb).
Roberto has played for the last ten years in the freak-rock band R.U.N.I. (“Il Cucchiaio Infernale” 2001 Wallace, “Ipercapnia in Capannone K” 2003 Wallace, “Fula Fula Fular” 2008 Wallace/Megaplomb).
André, before moving to Milan, was a part of the contemporary jazz scene in Toronto. Apart from leading his own quintet, he was part of the Breaking Sounds project led by Robert Piilonen.
Chet and André also perform live with Nicola Ratti (folk, electro-acoustics) and have contributed to his forthcoming album “Ode”, recently released by the Australian label Preservation.

Alan Herrick is the founder of Auricular Records and the SF BAy Area ambient soundart group Nux Vomica. His experience and history within the experimental music community has allowed him to perform and  and collaborate with Big City Orchestra, G:NOME, Noisepsalm, Dr. Shinto, Instagon, Eric Hausmann, Space Gambus Experiment and many more. Alan specializes in the utilization of found sounds and audio processing for the creation of ambient/experimental soundscapes and aural sculpture.

Viscera/// is a northern Italy based combo formed in 2000, which started as a raw brutalcore band to become now one of the most against the grain and experimental reality in the whole "post" scene. Their style gathers the experiences of psych moods, post HC, 70's space rock, drone and ambient, just to create an intimate and extremely personal view of heavy music.

Members of Viscera/// also play/ed in MoRkObOt, The Drop Machine, Malasangre, Mount Piezein Circle, Self Human Combustion, and solo experiences Berlikete and Beta.

||1996|| "December" was born (first
embryo of IOH/with Phil and Teo)
||1999|| December became Alphard, for a
coulpe of month, (with Vinnie and Luke)
and finally after Cisco joined the band they
turned into ICON OF HYEMES.
||2001|| The "GIFT" ep was recorded. 600
copies (sold out).
||2003|| The new starts with the brand
new MCD "UNPOPULAR", 1000 copies
(almost sold out).
||2008|| Many live gigs all over Italy and
Slovenia and 1 divorce: Luke jump off the
freak circus and Slim joined us.
||2009|| The Greasy Loop Ep is out on
CynicLab – 7” split with Storm(o). Cisco left
the band.
||2010|| New material composed, touring
in support of the Ep, shows in italian
festivals with bands like Fuck the Facts,
Ramesses, Orthodox. End of the year Phil
left the band.
||2011|| Developing new material, soon on
studio. alessandro from dune joined the
band on vocals

Experimental guitarist and sound designer, Joel Gilardini is based in Zurich (Switzerland).

Guided by the urge and the will to experiment with sounds, Joel followed a very peculiar path which lead him over a broad range of soundfields, touching different musical attitudes and genres like metal, ambient, dub, and noise.

Involved in various projects, he is well known for his live ambient sets as an opening act for Nik Bärtsch’s Ronin (ECM) in Zurich’s clubs, as well as being the mastermind behind the experimental-doom-metal act The Land Of The Snow and part of the noise-industrial duo Mulo Muto.
