Techno, der mit großzügigen Flächen arbeitet, sich ausreichend Zeit lässt und über Sets mit einem langen Spannungsbogen funktioniert, ist in Dresden nicht en vouge. Während Hypnus-Records, Monument, Harmony-Records, The Gods Planet und andere in den bedeutendsten Clubs von Berlin, Leipzig und Prag ihren festen Platz im Repertoire der elektronischen Spielarten von Musik haben, sucht man in Dresden vergeblich danach. Umso erstaunlicher, dass der Produzent und DJ Axoon (@Axoon-Live ) seinen Lebensmittelpunkt trotzdem in Dresden hat. Seit mehr als 10 Jahren ist genau dieser deepe, hypnotische und meditative Techno seine Heimat. Aus seinem Podcast quartal (@quartal-techno ) ist mittlerweile ein Non-Profit-Label geworden. Der Plan ist, dass jede Release die nächste finanziert.
Wir freuen uns sehr, dass wir zu unserer Jubiläumsausgabe mit Axoon einen Künstler zu Gast im Studio hatten, der die techno.show auf coloRadio sowohl musikalisch, wie auch geographisch wieder sehr nah an die eigenen Ursprünge führte.

Nine artists from all around the globe provided their contribution to make this happen. This selection goes from experimental, sci-fi, ambient, and deep driving to hypnotic techno, and sets a milestone for us as an independent label.
