When I first started listening to Hip-Hop in the late eighties 'Peel Their Caps Back' was my favorite track, love the bubbling synthesizer and the heavy mood.
I think '4 Ton Mantis' complements it really well, especially the flute.

I really love how these two fit together, the trumpet from 'Silver' and (I think it's a) saxophone in 'Daytrip' are so sweet together.

'Bombay The Hard Way - Guns, Cars & Sitars' is a great album, a Bollywood soundtrack re-worked by DJ Shadow and Dan The Automator, I recommend it highly.

I'm amazed how well these songs fit together.

A very old mashup that always irritated me before, the chorus in 'Buck Buck' ("Buck, Buck, Buck, Yeah, I let the lid out...") felt out of place.

Finally gotten around to remaking the mashup in Ableton Live and was able to cut it to my liking.

Discovered in May 2008, this version created in November 2023.

Very proud to present a remake from scratch of one of my oldest mashups. It's always been a favorite of mine but there were mistakes in the live mix and the sound quality was a bit poor.
