Rock Flexible is a spare-time guitar player, multi-instrumentalist, producer and singer based in Berlin, Germany. 
He is much interested in the technical and production side of things and he will immediately stop making music as soon as he has achieved his final goal: Creating music in the quality of the ones producing for Radio and commercial CDs :o)

1aB should be pronounced like "Wannabe", and that is what I am. Lovin' the music but not having much of the practical skills to perform any of my own. But some long time ago in a different life I have once clicked some notes into a computer to be played on a synthesizer or in one of those infamous "trackers", and I might share some of those pieces, even when mostly unfinished.
Also a fan and a music lover, specially for some great music originally created by people who I have met in person.

Take one guitarist, who is also playing bass guitar, one singer with a theremin box, a pianist, who is also mastering the accordion plus a jazz drummer, who is also willing to play pop music – mix them together, flavour this mélange with folk, pop, cinematic music and a pinch of jazz... and somehow this becomes on foot...

The last three years  on foot was going through a development from a singer/songwriter-duo (guitar man Christian and singer Corinna) to a trio (with pianist Birger) up to a quartet (with drummer Christoph).
And finally it is how it should be!

In may 2013 their first album dogs will eventually be released.

If not necessarily literally dogs is about the fear of death. In the broadest sense it’s about the fear of loss, the fear of forgetting and the fear of being forgotten.
Every one knows this fear. More or less. Mostly we crowd it out, more or less.

Maybe the description of our music sounds depressing but it’s the opposite actually since it tells about happiness, about love and that the searching of it is always worth the effort.
The whiff of melancholia in these songs should be like the cinnamon on the apple cake, the chili on the tomato sauce - clear and brief: the icing on the cake...
