La Danse #2 is the second digital compilation of a series from international talented producers that Hard Fist Records support and love. 
Following they heart and taste for mixed influences and creed, La Danse is a tribute to the dance floor mixing together organic works in order to bring new energy in clubs. With this second volume they hope will bring back dancefloors to life. From la Danza de los Voladores during Mesoamerican rituals to the Maenads in Greek mythology, dancing is part of social life from the outset, and will always be.
Because dancing frees body and mind - because club culture is essential - this compilation series preaches for an uninhibited and uncontrolled dance. There is only one motto « dance or get lost!

Paisley Dark Records are buzzing to annouce the labels fifth release proper, Norra Linjen, a haunting primetime techno bomb by "The Machine Soul" aka Robert Folkesson. This follows previous releases by Dan Wainwraight, From Beyond, UFO Club and the 10” vinyl EP from Matt Gunn. 
Norra Linjen (Northern Lights) is accompanied by two electrifying remixes. The first being from Man2.0 (Nein Records) who delivers an old school techno vibe whislt sounding like the future has arrived early. 
The second remix, the aptly named “Rave Remake mix, courtesy of When Disco Goes Wrong’s head honcho Mindbender, sees chilling synth riffs gliding effortlessly over bubbling 303 acid lines.

Alexander Church returns with a new EP inspired by the teachings of Emmy Van Deurzen and her dimensions theory. It features two originals and remixes by close label associate James Welsh plus UK mainstay Nolan.
Deurzen posits that there are four basic dimensions of human existence - the physical, the social, the psychological, and the spiritual and that each of these impacts how we experience the world and everyone in it.
That has inspired Church to think deeply, as always, on this EP, which comes after many other high-concept and thought-provoking outings, mostly on this label. Whether crafting breakbeats, ambient or lush electronics, Church is always meticulous in what he does. For the opener 'The Spiritual Dimension', he works again with frequent collaborator and vocalist Rebekah K. Her angelic vocals are pure and crystal clear next to nebulous cosmic synths and punchy broken beats. It's a soothing and spiritual track that moves you on many levels. After the instrumental comes a remix from Nolan aka Tim Belcher, a long-time underground presence who has released on all the top labels from Last Night on Earth to Mobilee. His version is more club-ready - the elastic drums and rubbery bass power onwards beneath lush chords and the gorgeous vocal.
Church's second excellent original 'The Social Dimension' is another emotional mix of tender vocals and celestial synth work over floating broken beats. It's bright and airy like a new spring day and brings brain-soothing bliss as it washes over you. An instrumental is also included, as is a remix from James Welsh with whom Church has collaborated many times on this label. The versatile Welsh reworks the cut into a scintillating mix of progressive melodies and balmy chords over a more rooted four-four groove. 'Dimensions of Human Existence (Part 1)' is another mind-expanding trip from Alexander Church.

"Identification" was created during the pandemic lockdown when the world was gripped by a virus, and people found themselves in isolation. During this period, many musicians found inspiration in the new conditions of life. When creating the track "Wings," the artist used Ukrainian lyrics and a romantic arpeggiator to craft an atmosphere that perfectly matched evenings spent by candlelight due to power outages caused by electrical terror. For the Ukrainian vocals in the track, the author enlisted the help of their own sister, who had to leave Ukraine due to the war. The synchronization of her vocals with the author's voice created a harmonious and emotionally powerful combination, giving the song a unique depth and sincerity. These tracks became a sort of sonic reflection of how people sought peace and inspiration in challenging times. "Identification" also received an outstanding remix from the owner of the Calypso label, a renowned artist based in Mexico - Thomass Jackson. This remix added a new layer to the track and gave it its own character, complementing the original work and providing it with a fresh sound.

Turbo taps it’s core talent to remix ‘100’ alongside a huge acid rework from Martinez Brothers.
