I have been trying to focus my mind more this year, to try to counteract the ever-increasing stimuli of today's world. To try and help this difficulty with focus, or feeling as though my mind never switches off I started meditating and focusing on my breath each morning, before going to the studio, and during this period of time, I wrote this song. Hope you enjoy it <3
