In addition to touring as a solo artist, he has taken his branded label nights across the globe - from his Alphahouse showcases at BPM Festival to countless Little Helpers events throughout North America, Australia, and Europe - further cementing his reputation as both a curator and performer.  

Growing up in the midwestern United States, Butane was steeped in the classic underground house and techno sounds that originated in Chicago and Detroit. Further influences came from afar: New York house, West Coast house, UK tech house, Cologne techno, Berlin minimal. His formative years were spent on the dancefloors of legendary venues like Twilo and Vinyl in New York City, Space and Crobar during Miami’s Winter Music Conference, and Rednofive in Chicago.

An avid record collector and DJ since 2002, Andrew’s infamous monthly party in St. Louis established an underground scene in the city and became a must-stop for touring international artists. In 2004, he embarked on his own artistic journey in the studio, despite lacking any formal musical training (a classically trained pianist he was not). Proving to be a fast learner, his unique and eclectic sound began earning him worldwide acclaim on international record labels in a mere matter of months. The German press dubbed him a wunderkind. He moved to Berlin shortly after, residing in the city from 2006–2011.

Now a resident of San Francisco, Butane is renowned for a steadfast commitment to his craft, and stands as a pillar of artistic integrity and consistency in the rapidly changing realm of electronic dance music. He values studio work over social media, and boasts an impressive and sprawling discography released by some of the most respected imprints in the business. As the founder of three labels of his own - Alphahouse, Little Helpers, and Extrasketch - Butane's impact on the industry is both deep and enduring.

Infused with energy, finesse, and sophistication, his sets resonate deeply with in-the-know audiences. Armed with a meticulously curated collection of custom edits, remastered classics, and hidden gems from decades in the house and techno business, Butane draws on his considerable experience moving crowds to deliver versatile, unpredictable, pitch-perfect performances.

Growing up on the north gulf islands Wills became affluent in his tastes for music  through use of the microphone , turntables , and samplers.  Carrington roots of watching dj zach, sleepwalker, jay zoney, holly, freddy, the naked djs, and many more play rave music since Wills was a young islander. Fascinated by a world of growth Wills has attended many Art Raves including the famous Burningman which has also been a huge everlasting inspiration to Wills.

Patrick Hollo ist ein junger und aufstrebender DJ/Producer aus der Schweiz. Anfangs seiner musikalischen Karriere lag sein Fokus klar auf dem Mixing - hierbei benutzt Patrick verschiedenstes Equipment. Egal ob Digitales Mixing oder gute alte Schule - Patrick Hollo beherrscht beides und vermag stets einen soliden Mix abliefern.

Von Zeit zu Zeit stieg das Interesse, eigene Tracks zu kreieren. Er begann, sich mit der Thematik auseinanderzusetzen und konnte rasch Fortschritte verzeichnen. Es dauerte daher nicht lange, da kam schon der erste erfolgreiche Track aus dem Studio: Mit 'Assasination' mit den Strobetechs landete Patrick Hollo einen Hit, der in der Underground-Szene des Technos grossen Anklang fand.

Weitere Produktionen folgten und Patrick Hollo entdeckte nach und nach seinen eigenen Style. Sein Fokus liegt klar auf düsterem, massivem Techno, der mit einer starken Bassline unterstrichen wird.

Immer mehr Leute wurden zwischenzeitlich aufmerksam auf Patrick's Arbeit. Auch namhafte Grössen des Technos wie z.B. Marika Rossa hat schon den einen oder anderen Track von ihm gespielt und somit der breiten Masse präsentiert.
Patrick Hollo wird weiterhin an seinen eigenen Produktionen arbeiten und sich stetig neu erfinden. Seid gespannt auf puren Techno!
