Contacto is the solo project of Agustina Vizcarra, half of the electronic body music duo @_Balvanera_ 
Born in 1989 and based in Buenos Aires, she also studied art history and curatorial studies.
With Contacto she commenced exploring both selecting music and producing free from any genre constriction, in most cases just to enjoy the process of research that leads to music discoveries. There’s an industrial presence underlying her work that glues everything together. She published some tracks on several compilations on Pildoras tapes, Of dolls and murder, Nodo, Interplanetary ltd, Deskonfiguración, Fat Trax, and OSM tapes. With Balvanera she released Courses of Action on DKA records in 2021 (US) and is currently working on new material.

Itako se promène main dans la main avec le spectre audible de la musique des quarante dernières années : 
Il accorde dans ses sets beaucoup de place aux tempos laissé pour compte, avec des préférences marquées pour la musique industrielle belge, la culture disco-edit, les oubliés de la trance et du downtempo des années 2000 ou encore la bass anglaise … Un juste (?) milieux entre musique super-compressé et son opposé.
Sur un autre versant il a produit plusieurs EP et à participé à différentes VA au cours des 3 dernières années.  Tendance acid, EBM, techno ou electro avec un stop à l’arrêt marqué, contrôle à droite et à gauche, cet été avec un album sur le label de Adam X : Sonic Groove.

From her base in Toronto, E-Saggila covertly binds industrial music's harshest pole of rhythmic intensity with club-wise shock tactics to create a dark and emotive soundtrack to snap us out of our digital daze.
As the co-founder of the cult label Summer Isle, E-Saggila has incubated her productions and performances surrounded by the noisy experimentation that the label is best known for—and it's here that we can locate her influences. Esplendor Geométrico and Muslim Gauze give a hint, but there's more to it. Locked into the idea that music's most extreme and abstract forms have everything to do with the development of dance music culture, E-Saggila carries the DIY ethos that underpins it all right into techno's contemporary core. Part destruction, part reconstruction, it's a sense that's increasingly swarming techno's mainline.
A keen feel for elegiac ambient compositions glues much of her work together, and it offers much needed respite from the intensity that's otherwise closely stacked up. The eloquent and melancholic moments typically descend into grim cul-de-sacs, only to corner us there with strong doses of gabber's brutal horsepower. Often topping the low end with a frenzy of breakbeat workouts, E-Saggila is lethal in her hectic bursts.
With a collection of tapes on her own label, as well as a number of prominent releases on https://soundcloud.com/opal-tapes, E-Saggila made an appearance on https://soundcloud.com/bankrecordsnyc in 2017, which culminated in her acclaimed album, 'Dedicated to Sublimity', from last year. Off the back of this, E-Saggila commenced her first tour of Europe in late 2018, honing her live shows as support for Regis, as well as Lee Gamble.
