It is the many-splendored brilliance of eternal (and eternally damning) illumination, spread across 11 hymns in an engrossing 'n' engaging 67 minutes. It is the promise - and subsequent sonic manifestation, at their respective times of study - of ACRIMONIOUS' celebrated first two albums taken yet further into the hungry, ever-beckoning void. It is METAL, hailing the mysteries of death and draped in the blackest of shadows, unfurled full fathom across the ecstasy of sin and Satan. It is verily Eleven Dragons, at the threshold of The Beyond.

The volcanic eruption that churned ACRIMONIOUS out of the depths commenced in 2002. It was during a period that the underground was receiving an injection of creativity again after a long period of stagnation and aimless exploration, which had led to the dilution of the adversarial Light with elements hostile to the eyes of the Destroyer, within the extreme metal scene, which was hungry for madness and danger again.

Beginning the journey as a homage to the ancient and morbid ways of the '80s and '90s Satanic metal, the many-tentacled abomination of ACRIMONIOUS was nourished by the prana of old Samael, Sarcofago, old Mayhem, Tormentor, Nifelheim, and Dissection amongst others, while simultaneously sharpening the blades and perfecting the skills of the craft. It would later on manifest the Perdition Gospel mini-album, its first concrete attempt to glorify at the temple of Satan. Then the Broken Bonds of Balance 7" EP followed the next year. By that time, a change in members was necessary and inevitable a step, as Funus and Nuctemeron left the band, leaving only Cain Letifer as the sole member to contemplate upon the monuments of the trinity of Lucifer, Lilith, and Cain, thus giving birth to the first full-length album, Purulence.

Even though the band had deliberately kept a very low profile during the years, the Beast was fanning the flames constantly in the shadows, aiming at a reconstruction of identity which would lead further into the Abyss of formlessness, darkness, and uncertainty through majestic Art. So it happened that, in the year 2011, Semjaza of THY DARKENED SHADE entered the ranks of ACRIMONIOUS as a second guitar-player and bassist, and also the addition of C.Docre on drums. Thus, the band proceeded to record the second full-length album, which was released at the end of 2012 under the name of Sunyata.

Many moons passed and many sparks illumined the midnight sky, by the striking of the hammer of will on the anvil of tribulation. Much blood watered the fertile soil that led to the crucifixion of matter with Spirit, and so it came to pass that the third sonic invocation was conceived, namely Eleven Dragons, glorifying the forces that bring All back into the primordial nothingness. ACRIMONIOUS is honored to announce its collaboration with WORLD TERROR COMMITTEE for the release of the third horror of nameless Void on CD and LP. This is the pinnacle of Glory and Thunderous Power, the crowning achievement, an echo of ecstatic laughter in a backward dance of malicious Fury that venerates the Eleven Flames of the One without Names. BEHOLD!

At the core of Thy Darkened Shade's aesthetic is the band's profound and intensely studied lyricism. As the serpents of Eden, they are both the shining and the shadows, and consequently know the illusions of good and evil since they originate from the source: Or She-ein Bo Mahshavah, the solitary true light. Thy Darkened Shade are those few who have the wisdom to overcome, the sovereignty to become something evolved, in the forms and likeness of their gods. Across Liber Lvcifer I: Khem Sedjet's 78-minute runtime, many names are hailed, amongst them - Satan, Loki, Typhon, Set, Ahriman, Lucifer, Prometheus, Kingu - and the band explore myriad routes toward that burning, searing illumination. But as labyrinthine as Liber Lvcifer I: Khem Sedjet is and its pathways at times beguiling and treacherous, here black metal music serves a greater purpose: the Promethean mantras lead Thy Darkened Shade and the blood of Qayin binds them towards acausal freedom. "We possess everything we need to destroy all illusions; we are the children of Lucifer -  we shine in grandeur and might." MACABRE OMEN was founded in August 1994 by Alexandros and Mournful on the island of Rhodes, Greece, in the town of Kremasti and Ialysos. Their first release was the ''Secrets of the Moonlight'' demo (1994). By 1995 as a four-member band with Alexandros on guitars, Lefteris on vocals, Mournful on bass and Stephen on keyboards, they released their second demo ''Before Darkness''.
By 1996 only Alexandros and Mournful were remaining in the band, with Alexandros also taking over the role of lead vocals and with the addition of Polyvios on drums and Michalis Savvakis as a guest on keyboards released the promo tape ''Olympus'' where the typical sound of MACABRE OMEN came to be.
In 1997 Polyvios left the band and Stephen returned on keyboards. The same year they released a split 7'' with Godblood from Cyprus.
By 1998 Alexandros moved to London, England and MACABRE OMEN became a one-man-band. With only Alexandros remaining and performing all instruments except drums and the split 7'' with Walhalla from Finland was released in 1999.
The band continued as one-man releasing the four-way split ''None Shall Escape with Wrath'' in 2000 and the split 7'' with the Norwegians Ad Inferos in 2001.
The band went on a small hiatus until 2004 when the two Italians Gionata Potenti on drums and Claudio Alcara on acoustic guitar joined the band. MACABRE OMEN, then working as a as full act again, released their first full length album after eleven years since their creation.
In 2006 they participated on the compilation by Kyrck Productions & Armour ''Hellas - The Black Death Anthology - 1989-2006'' with the song ''We Won with War''. Also in 2006 and 2007 two split 7'' EPs were released as a tribute to Bathory.

THE RARE & CULT SECOND ALBUM OF BLACKENED THRASH METAL FROM NORWAY’S AURA NOIR, NOW RE-MASTERED WITH 2 EXTRA TRACKS.

Norway’s Aura Noir was formed in 1993 by Aggressor and Apollyon in pursuit of a more thrash-based form of black metal than much of what was coming out at the time - particularly in their homeland - citing bands such as Slayer, Sodom and Kreator as inspirations along with purveyors of the scene such as Venom, for a dirtier, stripped down, violent black/thrash metal sound. Their first official release was the ‘Dreams Like Deserts’ EP on Hot Records in 1994, and from there-on the band has become a cult act.  

‘Deep Tracts of Hell’ was Aura Noir’s second album, and was originally released in 1998, taking the ferocity displayed on their debut to greater heights, with Apollyon and Aggressor each sharing drums, guitars and vocal duties between tracks. The song ’Blood Unity’ was even selected by Darkthrone’s Fenriz for his ’The Best of Old-School Black Metal’ compilation, alongside Bathory, Venom, Celtic Frost, Mayhem, and others. 

  This edition of ‘Deep Tracts of Hell’ has been newly re-mastered with the assistance of the band in Oslo, and also includes two tracks, 'Mirage' and 'The Rape'.  

All members of Aura Noir have had illustrious careers to date, with Carl-Michael Eide (Aggressor) currently heading the twisted prog band, Virus. Apollyon is the present bassist in Immortal, and having being Mayhem’s guitarist and main writer for a long period, Blasphemer currently plays in atmospheric doom act, Ava Inferi. Aura Noir is considered the top black/thrash act in the scene, with continued live activity planned featuring the return of Aggressor to the live line-up, having been out of action for several years.
