Alberto Serrano, known artistically as Biorc, is a prominent DJ and producer based in Madrid, co-owner of Ethnic Meeting and Null Warp recordings.

Biorc's music has been recognized in legendary clubs and supported by industry renowned artists, establishing him as a significant emerging figure in the underground techno scene. Biorc has released 2 albums and 10 EPs, reflecting his meticulous approach to sound design, and has signed his music with labels such as Newrhythmic, Illegal Alien, and Diffuse Reality, among others
Focusing on dark and hypnotic techno sets, he is known for blending the mental with the physical, featuring long mixes and precise equalization. His artistic vision, combined with technical expertise and an unwavering dedication to the genre, positions him as a significant emerging figure in the ever-evolving narrative of underground electronic music.

"You can get deeply lost in the darkness if you let yourself merge with it and not fight it.” With this statement, Denise Rabe vividly encapsulates her musical philosophy. As this episode of DYSTOPIA exhibits, her sound is less a musical form than a collection of sounds generating a tense, haunting atmosphere. Rabe's methods and ideas show with total clarity how darkness, what our society incorrectly perceives as negative, is in fact an opening onto a radically liberated world of abstract forces. In this episode I seek to define the meaning of darkness in techno and Denise also shares her thoughts with us about Berghain, the role of gender within the techno scene, how her personal philosophy is expressed through her music, as well as the fortuitous synergy between her name and the spirit of her music.
