In this branch, Napstablook takes on the role of Toriel. With their cousin suddenly missing and chaos ensuing across the entire Underground, the panic and fear surrounding them has become too much. Therefore, they fled to the quietest place they could find, back to the Ruins where they spent a lot of their time. They just wanted some time to be alone and collect their thoughts, and come to terms with what has occurred.
Unfortunately, Hare fell down. Napstablook decides it's their duty to help this Human to the end of the Ruins... But with every moment, they're reminded of the rumour that another Human was guilty for what transpired.

"Furtherfell - Neutral in Name Alone" does not exist.

In this branch, Grillby technically takes on the role of Sans. With his best customer missing and the atmosphere totally ruined, he's had to close down his restaurant and sell the majority of his possessions. Now he lives within the empty walls of his old business, taking on any odd-jobs he really can.
Furthermore, he now has 3 children to look after: Monster Kid, their Sister, and a mysterious grey version of MK who appeared out of nowhere. This only exacerbates the issue of money but, since these childrens' parents are either neglectful or nonexistent, he's stepped up to the challenge.

[FURTHERFELL - Neutral In Name Alone] At Your Service

*PAPYRUS - ATK 30  DEF 191
*His hulking suit of armor makes him practically incapable of taking damage.
*It’s also too heavy to move, so the threat kind of cancels out.

Aftergore is a series of AUs taking place after Undertale's neutral endings, in which a new human enters in Frisk's wake.
Aftergore IV, the Queen Undyne ending, details an ending in which Toriel and the Ruins monsters are killed, but everyone else is left unharmed (other than Asgore of course). Undyne rules the Underground with an iron fist. Humans are to be treated as enemies, not friends.

Papyrus takes the role of Mettaton. As he told Frisk over the phone, his official duty is to “stand around and look cute.” So that’s exactly what he does! He is the Underground’s #1 model and celebrity (BY LAW), and he takes his job very seriously! When first encountering the new human, he models a strong a suit of armor…which ends up not being his most practical look. But hey, beauty is pain, right?

In this AU, both Monster Kid and Goner Kid take the role of Papyrus. GK mysteriously appeared 6 years ago, and somewhat swiftly found themselves adopted by Grillby along with MK (and their sister).
MK and GK are now an inseparable duo, who have both decided to defeat the next human they come across. GK's reasons aren't particularly clear, but MK isn't shy about admitting their desire to be a hero, filling the void left by the losses of Papyrus and Undyne. 
Alone, they'd likely be too weak to do anything... But as a pair they have as many limbs as the average human!

In this branch, Spamton takes the role of Mettaton. Papyrus knew that a new entertainer needed to be built and, with his creativity too focused on building traps for a Human who had yet to even enter the Underground, he decided that another robot would be the right option to fill that void.
However, this is Papyrus. Robotism has never been his strong suit.
And so, the mess that is Spamton G. Spamton was the result. A popular spectacle, for sure, and certainly a big shot. However, nobody will ever make a deal with him so, even now, he feels unfulfilled; he's a salesman, he's not in it for the money. And even now that his wildest dreams have come true, he isn't happy with the hand he's been dealt.

Since King Mettaton commissioned a new form to fit his more regal position, Spamton takes over Mettaton's old EX body. It's extremely damaged, stripped of most of its components, and to most people would be little more than scrap metal. Spamton is not most people though, and so he forced Papyrus to make some changes to it, without explaining why.
Now we can see why.
The form is named Spamton Deluxe, or DX for short. And it's unsurprisingly more than a little overkill.

So, we're actually doing a bit of a time-jump here. Sans sorta takes an original role, it's complicated. You first meet him at Grillby's (which is still around this time, thank the gods!) where he's drinking the pain away, and this replaces the BGM for Grillby's. He doesn't even notice the new human initially, and he's not much of a threat at all. Truly the life of the party.

In Furtherfell Rethroned, Dess and Noelle don't take any traditional role. With Rudy and Carol split up, for a brief moment they lived a concerningly happy life with their father and Asgore... Before both of those parents separately passed away.
Going back to Carol isn't an option, so Noelle is cared for by Dess.

Noelle never really got the chance to come out of her shell. Though she's trying her best she's still anxious, and her self-esteem is at an all time low. It doesn't help that, whilst battling with her lack of confidence, she's forced to reconcile with the fact that Asgore was a vastly kinder, better parent than Carol ever was...

Dess is struggling, but would never admit that. She was never ready to be a legal guardian, and she's incredibly protective of her little sister. She carries the Wiffle Bat around at all times, just in case... But she's terrified to have to use it for an actual attack.

[FURTHERFELL - Sins of the Father] Determination (404 Special 5/4)

Long ago, two races ruled over the Earth:
HUMANS and MONSTERS.
They were not the first of their kind to come here...
But it was never known what happened to those that came before.
That is, until one day...
The Humans stumbled across lost histories.
That told the tale of Monsters most cruel.
Slaughtering all of Humanity... Even though it let themselves die in the process.
And so, seeing no other option...
War broke out between the two races.
After a long battle, the Humans were victorious.
They sealed the Monsters underground with a magic spell, and prayed it would hold better than the last.

Many years later...

In this instance, 'canon' refers to the version on Tumblr, created by the infinitely talented Fella. They don't actually consider it canon, but for Furtherfell it most certainly is. It is inspired by the concept of Aftergore, though only in concept and not in execution. Our story follows a human by the name of Hare, entering a world they do not understand, that has been forever changed by the actions of someone they've never even met.
We won't be 100% accurate to Underfell; some elements may be changed, either due to a lack of information or just due to us wanting something to differ.

"Sins of the Father" is our attempt to create a self-insert AU that still generally fits in with the lore of Furtherfell itself. After a war between Human and Monsterkind ends in the obliteration of both sides, there should seemingly be no story to tell... And yet somehow life found a way, and both sides returned. However, history was forgotten, and therefore doomed to repeat itself.
The sins of the father were held against the child, and the tragedy forced to happen once more.

- Head to Hotlands or your nearest TV for your daily fix of drama! Mettaton may not appear on-screen, but a worthy substitute has been found.
- If you seek a little romance in your life, head to Snowdin village to partake in the King's mandatory matchmaking scheme.
- Finally head to Wastefall, the garbage dump of this world, if you'd like a little bloodshed in your life. The Overseer's gladiatorial arena is the perfect location for you to get your LV rising and your hands adequately dusty.
So whether it be Drama, Romance or Bloodshed that you seek, MTT has you covered.
"Because a happy Underground is an Underground worth living in."

In this branch, Mettaton decided that the best way to appease the violent and brutal side of his utopian Resort was to give the people an outlet. And so the Colosseum was built! Overseen by the only person the King knew to be good at black comedy, that being Sans, monsters are left to brutalise one another for the prize of a trip to Mettaton's hotel.
Technically they aren't supposed to be killing one another. But let's be real, nobody's enforcing that.

"Furtherfell - Vive La Révolution" follows on from the King Papyrus ending, where Toriel, Undyne, Mettaton, and Asgore have all been killed, leaving Papyrus as the only option for a good leader. He vows to do better then the Tyrant before him; he sees good in all of his people, buried beneath their evil and cruelty, and he will force it out of them no matter the cost. These good intentions spiral out of control, until the underground becomes a Totalitarian Dictatorship with the new King at the helm, arguably in a worse state than the previous rule. Humans are to be treated as enemies, to prevent another tragedy such as this.

Sans takes the role of Flowey in this branch. After refusing to sit on the Throne beside Papyrus, he has been cast out. His own brother is now the enemy of the people, and therefore his own enemy, and yet the people have cast Sans out as well. There is nowhere he can turn where he won't be loathed by someone, and this has caused him to just stop caring anymore. 
After stalking Hare throughout the Underground for the entirety of their journey, causing them grief and frustration at every turn, he finally sees his time to strike in the Last Corridor. His spite and vindictiveness seem to be at full force, and his self-loathing buried under smug pride at the violence he's about to commit.

Flowey in this branch has lost everything. Both parents of his are dead, and his 'friend' Papyrus has gone off the rails. Technically he has slipped into the role of Toriel, guiding the Human through the Ruins and protecting them from Sans, but he is not resigned to just the Ruins. He's cold, harsh, blunt and rude, and terrified of letting people get too close to him due to how he was previously scorned by Frisk. He's traumatised... But there's more to it than he's willing to discuss.
