While I had always been pro-laughter, I hadn't thought about the benefits of laughing so thoroughly as detailed in this podcast. Certainly, sometimes our worst times are the best times for laughter, and the consequent improved mood might help us confront what we are facing in a more effective, efficient and appropriate manner.
