We're Dead in Blue, a three piece rock outfit from Hull taking the classic rock and hair metal style and pumping it full of modern rock and metal influences. We met at Hull Uni and started making music together almost as fast as we met.  We promise to bring you massive tunes that you can air guitar and scream to until your lungs give out. 

The song is about Josh's thoughts of being surrounded by toxic relationships at the time the song was written. It is about going through heartbreak and wanting the person who caused it to understand the pain that they have put you through by getting put through it themselves.

🌹We are very excited to officially announce the release of our new summer time single 'SANGRIA' which was recorded & produced in Nashville by Lincoln Parish (Former Lead Guitar of Cage The Elephant) 
"Lincoln brought his sound to our sound. With his quirky percussion ideas to his vocal pursuit it was incredible getting to record with not just a friend but a hero our ours. Cage the Elephant has been one of my favorite bands since I was 16. Lincoln and I met while I was living in Nashville after being signed to publishing. The first time we met I was on crutches and he was in his underwear. We were brothers ever since. -marco" 

What makes Sangria different? 

"We (Mollo Rilla) don't want to abide by any set of rules or aesthetic. We love music and a lot of different types. We draw inspiration from cultures and genres across the globe. This is our summer time song. It's about drinking sangria on a hot summers day with he people you love most. Being from Cleveland you fill your summers with as much of this as you can before the winter winds blow. Then it's pretty much sitting INSIDE with your friends for the next 6 months. " Marco Ciofani

Warren Records is a label run by the Music Team at the Warren Youth Project in Hull. 

The label was set up on the back of our appearance on Channel 4's Secret Millionaire in which the amazing Martin Stamp gave us the money to help support our studio and start a label to promote the amazing young musicians we work with. 

Warren Records is now well established with a number of releases under our belt, all of which we are very proud to be a part of. In Hull Warren Records has become a major part of the local music infrastructure and is now seen as a hub for music in and around the city. We act as a direct link to the all amazing and ever growing talent in our area and urge anybody to make contact with us and the artists we work with.
