Ocean Blue, you always take me back to memories when ever I see you. This song is inspired by growing up by the seaside when I was young and then later on in my life seeing the similarities of the ocean dan how grief can work. Like waves always coming in, the regularity is unpredictable, the size and strength of the waves and tides resemble the stages of grief. Ocean Blue is acknowledging the past and the pain it carries but through the eyes of what life is like now.
